The location
The project lies at the end of a private road and on walking distance from the ski slopes. In the winter, you can easily ski back to your chalet. Behind the chalet starts the forest. Therefore, you might just find a deer standing in your lawn from time to time!
In front of the chalet lies the Bisse-Vieux; that is (the oldest) ancient irrigation canal in Nendaz. It has seen hundreds of years of necessary maintenance. Therefore, lovely virtually horizontal walking paths have formed next to it. In fact, the canal is reviewed to be on the list of Unesco world heritage!

The plot
The plot of land is 1191m2. That is more than usually allowed for foreigners whishing to buy in Switzerland. However, we have arranged official approval to sell to foreigners. Therefore, you can enjoy a nice large garden in the Swiss mountains!

The ski chalet
The size of your chalet is 115m2. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. One of these is the master bedroom which benefits from an ensuite bathroom.
The daytime area can be found on the first floor. There, a cozy kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the dining- and living room. You can choose all interior finishings. Whether that is a modern crisp look or a rustique cozy chalet style: the choise is yours!
Externally, the chalet is finished in high-quality natural stone and ‘Vieux-Bois’; that is reclaimed wood from old barns and chalets of circa 100 years old. The chalet shows therefore a lot of character from day 1!

Secondary residency
We have obtained permission to sell the chalets as secondary residency. Therefore, you use the chalet the way you like to. Without any rent-out obligations or whatsoever. You are the owner, you decide!
