Have you always been dreaming about that beautiful renovation project in Switzerland? This is your chance! We have a fantastic opportunity for you! The barn is located in Mayens de Chamoson, a couple of minutes from Ovronnaz with its thermal baths and ski domain. The barn is habitable (in fact, it is currently rented out) but in need of some love and care of someone with a vision.

The building consists of 3 floors (roughly 55m2 each):

• Basement: this is currently in use as storage. You could use this as storage, ski room, garage, technical room, cinema room, etc. 
• Ground floor: this is where the kitchen and bedrooms are located at the moment. Our vision is to open this space up and make it into one big living area with open kitchen, retaining the character of the building.
• First floor: the top floor is currently empty. We could - for example - raise the roof and make 3 large bedrooms here, overlooking the mountains.
