Sales Conditions

We charge 3% excl. Swiss VAT (7,7%) on the sales price. Our fee includes everything you need to sell your property:
  • Substantiated advice on a realistic sales price for your property
  • Marketing material (high quality pictures, drone footage, video, for sale sign)
  • Offline marketing (f.e. international real estate fairs)
  • Online marketing (our website, portals, social media, mailings)
  • Access to our extensive network
  • Visits (in person and virtual)
  • Monthly reports with information and comments for each client
  • Handling of bidding and negotiations
  • Advice on all paperwork involved for both you and your buyer (taxes, permits, financing, notary, registration, etc.)
Valuations that work for you Selling a property starts with an accurate property valuation. We strongly believe in pricing the homes we sell realistically rather than quoting pie-in-the-sky prices just to gain an instruction. No one wins when that happens. Instead, we’ll value your property according to what the market is currently telling us so that your property will fetch the best price at any given time. Obviously, if you are in a position to wait things out for a higher sum, we can discuss that too, but our valuation team will always give you their honest opinion on your property’s current market value.

Showcasing your property Central to our sales & marketing efforts is our website - www.dreamchalet.ch – which ranks well on Google. It has a huge amount of detailed information on ski resorts, guidance for buyers and sellers and other useful content. We know the importance of getting your property seen by as many people as possible. We’re prominent on social media and national and international real estate online portals. Additionally, we market digitally to our database of buyers to ensure that all online avenues are pursued.             

Open and straightforward communication Ever dealt with a company whose communication left a lot to be desired? We have. Painful, isn’t it? That’s why we make such a big deal about keeping you informed every step of the way. If you choose to sell your ski property through Dreamchalet, we’ll make sure you’re never left frustrated or feeling in the dark. We will be constantly monitoring how your listing is faring and will inform you of any news immediately. Naturally, our channels of communication are open the other way too. So, if you need to get in touch with us, you can, be it by email, phone or even social media.

We are happy to make property valuations free of charge in exchange for a sales mandate to sell the property in question.
Given that we invest our own time and money to promote the properties and developments we market, we only accept projects that we believe we can sell.
